Teamspeak guide

1 - Download teamspeak 3
- http://www.teamspeak.com/?page=downloads

2 - Install and start your teamspeak client

3 - Connect to our teamspeak server
- Click 'connections' and then 'connect'
- Add Address: 109.169.20.156:9987
- Add Nickname: joebloggs[RCT] (your in-game nickname + [RCT] tag)
- Password: Wibbles

4 - Bookmark our server
- Click 'Bookmarks' and then 'Add to bookmarks'

5 - Contact a server admin for registration and check your sound payback & capture settings under 'Settings' and 'Options'

6 - An admin will explain the rest

Teamspeak Etiquette

1 - The most important rule in teamspeak is to speak English. Everyone who joins is capable of speaking it and you should do at all times. The only exception to this rule is if you are in a channel with members solely of your native tongue, however if someone else joins you should switch back to English.

2 - Anyone is welcome to join our teamspeak server. Members are welcome to bring friends & family along to talk with when they play games or to introduce them to the community. Contact an admin for a visitor pass.

3 - Everyone is welcome to jump between channels that do not require a password and talk to people in them. When it comes to channels with a password on, it is there for a reason! Do not join the channel and start talking to people in it unless you are welcome to do so by the members using the room. This applies to all members and admins alike!

4 - Everyone is welcome to vent frustration and swear as much as they like, within reason. Direct abuse to another member or visitor within our teamspeak will not be tollerated and should be reported to a Game Admin to deal with immediately. If there is a dispute between two members an admin should always be involved and the discussion should be taken to a private channel.
